Payment & Shipping

Shipment service and shipping time: The shipment is carried out by DHL. We chose this service, although it costs us more, since customers had much better experienced with the treatment of its packages and of the packages actually reaching the door of the receiver or a neighbor.

Weiswehr is not liable for consequential damages deriving from delays of shipment. For example: a company needs a t-shirt for a film set which cannot hold place as planned. We try our best to make sure the given shipping times are fulfilled. A defect of machines or a delay of the shipping service, for example due to strikes or mistakes is out of our hands.
Should there be delays on the side of DHL you are free to call us or call DHL directly. Should a package not arrige within the shipping times listed on the left side, we recommend to check the tracking code first, since in most cases the packages can be found at a neighbor. Of course we can take care of your package arriving safely.

Check / Money order (bank transfer): Ordinary bank transfer via bank or banking program. The products will be shipped after we received the money. Usually banks take two days for the transfer, but write down a rule of a maximum of 5 days for safety.

Paypal: If a PayPal account exists, debit charge, PayPal cards, previous bank transfer to PayPal or charge cards from the super market / gas stations can be used to pay directly.

The following payment services are a service of Paypal Plus:

SEPA - direct debit: Here PayPal hands us your payment before it even arrived at PayPal in order to grant safety to both sides.

Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard): Payment cia credit card. No account required.

Purchase by bill: Here Paypal also hands us the payment in advance to grant safety to both sides. No account is required.

More detailed descriptions of the payment services can be found in our conditions of use.
